How do I make an exchange or receive a refund?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be in touch regarding next steps. Refunds and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and include tags attached if applicable. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
- Swimwear is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Is the store secure?
Yes. Purchases are processed using 128-bit SSL encryption on each transaction through our online payment gateway. We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.
Can I pick-up or return my order to a store location?
No, we are unable to accept returns at our stores for online orders.
How much will shipping be on a new surfboard?
It depends on where in the US you are located. Did you order a board? If so, we will be contacting you with a custom shipping quote. Contact us with any questions or to receive a quote before purchasing.
Do you ship surfboards internationally?

We process and receive orders M-F and typically ship 24-48 after receiving the order.
How do I know if an item is stock?
