Kirk Putnam and Brian Hilbers have been collaborating for years—two mad surf-scientists endlessly tinkering for the perfect shape. The Hot Generation.... think Wayne Lynch, late 1960s on a full rail turn or Nat Young laying down a beast of a bottom turn on a visit to Honolua Bay. Reminiscent of McTavish vee-bottom templates, but with a more modern hull designed by Brain Hilbers. In addition, Brian has given this board a more friendly rail than the old stubbies, tuning the design to be the best of both worlds—old and new.
